On a crisp Wednesday afternoon, the Lower Sixth Physics class set out to attend an exciting Aerospace Engineering Workshop at Harris Academy, located in St John’s Wood. Much to everyone’s chagrin, the office staff at Harris Academy appeared to be utterly unaware about the existence of said workshop. After several minutes, the problem at hand came to light: the workshop had been postponed to January and they had failed to contact us.

We were then sent on our way to explore the uncharted territory that was North London. In true FHS girl style, hope was not abandoned. We marched to the nearby Abbey Road to see the Beatles’ recording studio, Abbey Road Studios, and made sure to leave our mark on the signature wall. We even recreated the infamous zebra crossing picture. To round off the day, we all enjoyed some hot chocolate and great conversation, debating the origins of the universe.

It is safe to say that this Physics-turned-Music trip did not disappoint!
