Francis Holland, Sloane Square is an academically selective school drawing girls from a broad range of feeder preparatory schools, including Francis Holland Preparatory School, and primary schools. The school is four form entry. The combination of a collaborative school culture and well qualified, committed teachers enables every girl to flourish, both academically and personally. We are convinced that such flourishing is the goal of education and we ensure that every girl, with her unique gifts is prepared for life beyond school with all the joys and opportunities, complexities and challenges that the future will hold.

The school’s last full inspection by the Independent Schools Inspectorate described us as having ‘excellent pastoral care in a friendly, supportive community’ and both pupils and parents are superbly supported by form tutors and the pastoral team. Girls are encouraged to show concern for each other and for wider society beyond school by their involvement in charitable and community projects.

The school has a strong reputation in Music, Drama, Art and Sport and enjoys well-equipped facilities for each. Its central London location means that we are able to take full advantage of an excellent range of local museums, galleries and theatres to support the curriculum, without compromising core teaching time.
