We are so excited to start a new pen pal project with students at a Spanish secondary school in Córdoba which Profe Berni has luckily organised for us! We communicate and get to know the pupils by exchanging handwritten letters, which offers us a more personal and meaningful way to connect with our Spanish pen pals, and sharing with them all about ourselves: what our hobbies are, what life is like in London for us and much more. Engaging in written letters with native Spanish speakers allows us to put our Spanish writing skills to use and the anticipation of receiving their responses and getting a glimpse into what their lives are like in Spain adds an extra layer of excitement to the task, overall making it such a fun and amazing project to take part in!
