The U12 Cricket Team delivered a commendable performance at the Indoor Cricket Competition held at Lords. Notably, Verity and Elise showcased fast fielding skills, limiting the runs for the opposition. Matilde’s impressive batting prowess was evident as she scored 4s and 6s in the final overs of the matches, proving to be a valuable asset for the team. The pupils relished their visit to Lords Cricket Ground, enjoying an insightful tour of the iconic venue. The team secured a respectable 3rd place in the competition, narrowly missing out on the 2nd spot by a margin of 3 wickets. The U12 team’s collective efforts and enthusiasm showcased their commitment to the sport and left a positive mark on their overall experience at the prestigious tournament.
