As part of the Sixth Form Enrichment programme, a number of Sixth Form students take part in a cookery course.

Each lesson is really cleverly designed to make something from almost start to finish in the time available. Amongst other things, we have made Chinese bao buns with delicious fillings. Our culinary teacher, Joshua, brought the sauces for us to enjoy the full experience! We have also made egg pasta from scratch, which we ate with burro and salvia and the climax of the course was making dark and milk chocolate truffles with pretty decorations.

All delicious and easy to recreate at home!
