On Friday 10th May, Francis Holland School Sloane Square hosted an athletics event at Battersea Park, where our school’s athletes competed fiercely against students from City of London Girls and St Augustines’ Priory.
The atmosphere was charged with energy and sportsmanship as participants showcased their talents in track and field events, from sprinting to jumping to throwing. Our students demonstrated exceptional skill and determination, representing our school with pride. It was a fantastic opportunity for them to engage in friendly competition, build relationships with peers from other schools and set personal bests. It was a close competition between all schools, with students experiencing team and individual triumphs. Our Year 7 and 10 Team placed 1st for their year group with our Year 8 and 9 Teams placing 3rd and 2nd respectively. A big congratulations to all our athletes for their outstanding performances and sportsmanship.
