On Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th March, we held our annual Fanny Davies Music Competition.

There was, as ever, a whole range of moving and joyful pieces performed by girls across the Senior School. It was a truly outstanding display of not only the girls’ numerous talents, but also of their courage and hard work.

Very well done to all involved, and especially to our overall winner, Lois Heslop.

Results:

Fanny Davies Winner – Lois Heslop, Upper Sixth (violin, singing, recorder, ensemble, arranging)

2nd Place – Daisie Sitlani, Lower Sixth (piano, ensemble, arranging)

Best individual performance – Darya Akhavan-Zanjani, Year 11 (singing)

Lower School Winner (Years 7 to 9) – Teresa de Oliveira, Year 7 (cello)

Junior School Winner – Lila Erol, Year 6 (piano)
