On Wednesday 28th September, the FHS Netball Tour players hosted a test netball match and bake sale at lunch time to raise money for the Goedgedacht and Langa charities they will be visiting while on tour in South Africa. With over three hundred pounds raised, this is sure to have a lasting impact on the good work the charities do to support young women in the local community gain access to education and health care and provide family support.
The team will continue to raise funds until Christmas and a Just Giving page has been set up to support this.
