On Wednesday morning, Reception and Year 6 got together for the first ever buddy cookie decorating event! The girls greeted one another with beaming smiles and walked into the Dining Hall together to find an array of biscuits, icing and edible decorations. Everyone got straight to work spreading icing on their biscuits and choosing from a selection of toppings. Year 6 took the lead and did an excellent job showing Reception what to do. The girls then had a chance to get to know each other better over a cup of orange squash and their delicious biscuit creations. We all thoroughly enjoyed our morning and look forward to the next FHJS buddy event!
