Year 5 and 6 attended the last of the series of Workshops at Shakespeare’s Globe. These workshops have been a fantastic addition to the curriculum as the girls have worked on understanding and performing different scenes from Julius Caesar.

This week, as a final treat, the girls were taken onto the stage to perform some Shakespearean lines. They also learnt how to perform a traditional Elizabethan bow to the audience. What an absolute privilege this was – there are certainly a few budding actresses in these year groups!  We wonder if, in the future, some of our girls will end up performing to a real audience on this incredibly famous and impressive stage!?
