On Wednesday, Year 4 has a wonderful time at the Science Museum. In the morning, they visited the Wonderlab, an interactive experience to explore the science and maths that shape our everyday lives. The girls had great fun whizzing down slides made of different materials, exploring how colours are made and investigating pulleys and levers. After this, they watched a live science show, featuring many exciting experiments.

In the afternoon, the girls watched Antarctica 3D, a fully immersive IMAX experience. They joined Benedict Cumberbatch as he explored the mysterious and wild continent of Antarctica. The documentary transported them to the farthest reaches of this majestic land and revealed that what happens there affects every single one of us. It was a joyous day filled with the wonder, amazement and beauty of science and nature.
