On Wednesday 15^th May, we were thrilled to host Mandy Saligari, therapist, author and co-founder and clinical director of Charter, Harley Street, who delivered the final Parenting Talk of the year.

The title of this week’s talk was “Proactive Parenting: Things you need to know about addiction”.

Mandy delivered an inspiring talk to a captivated audience, advising parents on how to recognise the early stages of possible teenage addictions and how deal with the major challenges of parenting teenagers. She also touched upon managing childrens’ screen time effectively and dealing with teenage mood swings.

Everybody in attendance found Mandy’s talk to be familiar, practical and highly informative.
