The girls in Meccano Engineering Club have really been putting growth mindset principles to the test as they got to grips with complex step-by-step manuals and grappled with tiny nuts and screws. Every week they persevere with their chosen projects, selecting the tools and pieces they need to construct a wide variety of structures from motorcycles to tractors and even the Eiffel Tower! They are always willing to lend a helping hand so that everybody can succeed.
