On Friday 25th September, FHS celebrated Italian Day and we were treated to a selection of Italian dishes which reminded us all of the sunshine and colour of the South.

Head Chef, Joel Figueira gathered fresh tomatoes and herbs from our wonderful rooftop garden for one of his signature mediterranean dishes. We are so lucky to enjoy such delicious seasonal food every day, locally sourced, free range and organic where possible, bursting with flavour and variety.
