On Friday 18th September Year 7 took on a challenging team building day!

Hidden away in the woods of Wimbledon Common, the girls mastered Capture the Flag, taking on rival groups through brambles, obstacles and difficult courses. Throughout the morning their courage, collaboration and communication improved, all with the aim of winning funds for their afternoon challenge. After lunch the girls used the funds they raised in their morning games to haggle for materials to build an educational game for young children. Against some tough judging and difficult questions from the audience each team worked together to present a well thought through, creative product. Congratulations to the winning group from 7F. Such a fun filled day would not have been possible without the help and support of the Year 7 Tutor Team, Miss James, and Mr Upcott.
