Over the last few weeks the Year 9 pupils have been researching different characters from the Trojan War to produce a presentation for their peers.

As well as visiting the British Museum on the 16th January, some of the girls decided to recreate stories from the Trojan War, which they presented to their peers in very dramatic and artistic ways. Paloma put her artistic skills to the test by illustrating a beautiful storybook to tell the tale of Hector’s death at the hands of the Greek hero Achilles. Millie, Sienna, Sofia, and Allegra dramatically recreated the story of Helen’s abduction by the Trojan prince Paris in an entertaining puppet show. It has been wonderful to see the girls drawing their creative energies from other subjects into their project work for Latin!
