Our first Young Reporter articles of 2022 are by Caley Collins and Julia Kozieja, who have both been previously published in This is Local London newspaper.

Caley’s latest article is on a cause close to many of our hearts: COVID safety in ski resorts this year! She highlights various safety measures in place in different alpine countries, encouraging enthusiasm and hope for the ski season ahead. Julia’s article also discusses another pandemic talking point: the prevalence of (and success) communications platform Zoom over Skype in the advent of the digital age. She weighs up the merits of Zoom such as screen-sharing and usage on multiple devices, whilst acknowledging Skype’s popularity in the early 21st century.
