After a whole weekend of some of us rehearsing for the performances of Little Shop of Horrors next week, a number of members of Senior Chamber Choir went off on Sunday to sing with Harrow School an epic performance of an epic piece – Gustav Mahler’s 2nd Symphony. This takes over an hour to perform and, even though a symphony is traditionally an orchestral work, includes a choir in the last movement – this is what we contributed!
It was an amazing event to be part of – the Choir sang brilliantly and definitely cemented more collaborations with Harrow for the future (we are going to sing Brahms’ Requiem with them at the end of term).
