On Saturday, we welcomed our Junior School teachers, girls and their families to school for the Junior School September Spectacular.

It was a gloriously sunny day and over 120 families enjoyed a delicious international themed buffet lunch in the beautifully decorated playground featuring Italian, Spanish, German and Lebanese Cuisine, as well as gourmet ice cream and popcorn stalls for pudding. Mrs Elphinstone and Mrs Dixon gave a rousing speech from the Centre for Creative Enterprise mezzanine on the wonderful year to come at FHJS, before guests were entertained by our extremely talented in-house Jazz Band.

Throughout the afternoon, girls and their siblings partook in a vast array of activities including Miss Bubbles’ Magic Show, face painting, arts and crafts, Sharkey and George, film screenings and last but certainly not least, a disco workshop in the gym featuring an epic dance off between Years 4 and 6!!

Thank you so much to our magnificent Friends of Francis Holland Junior School for planning and organising the event so perfectly, our brilliant catering and facilities teams for all of their hard word on the day and to everyone who came and made the event such a joyous occasion!
