On Wednesday 12th October, the Friends Of Francis Holland held a Junior School Quiz Night.

Each year group piled their respective tables high with an assortment of refreshments before settling down to tackle the quiz. Wonderfully presided over by Quiz Master Tom, the questions covered topics ranging from geography, to history and politics, to recognising celebrities faces! Each and every team member got stuck in, and the competitive atmosphere grew as the quiz progressed from relatively simple to fiendishly difficult. After scores were counted, first place was taken by Reception – congratulations!

The evening was in aid of the Francis Holland Annual Fund, and was a great success. Many thanks to the Friends for organising such a fantastic event.
