We are delighted to offer the unique opportunity to support a child with promise throughout their school career and beyond. By creating a patronage you will make a transformational impact upon the life of a talented young person.

Donations at Patron level range from the cost of one child’s annual fee to fully funding the cost of their school career. To recognise your support, we would be honoured to add your name to the School’s Patrons and Benefactors plaque which is located in the Senior School.

You will also be invited to special Benefactor and Patron events where you will have an opportunity to hear about the progress of the School’s Transformational Bursary programme.

To become a Patron, please contact Tom Robertson, Director of Development, by email or phone 020 7824 5083.

Francis Holland School, Sloane Square is providing an opportunity to become a Benefactor to the School by contributing £5,000 annually to the Transformational Bursary fund.

Benefactors will play a major role in delivering our ambitious new plans for bursaries. For every four Benefactors, we will be able to provide one annual bursary to a talented young girl with promise (with Gift Aid).

The School is seeking founder members to join its new 1881 Circle. Marking the year of our founding, the 1881 Circle is a unique opportunity to join fellow parents, alumni and other well wishers who are committed to widening access to the School for talented girls with promise.

The 1881 Circle encourages donors to make a gift in some form related to 1881, be that £188.10 per month or £1,881, monthly or annually. Your regular gift will be pivotal in supporting FHS Sloane Square to deliver its ambitious new transformational bursary programme, which aims to reach 50 students by 2032.

For every individual who joins, donating £1,881 per month (or for every ten people who join donating £188.10 each per month), we will be able to fund one annual bursary place (with Gift Aid) for a talented girl.

In recognition of your support, you will be invited annually to two 1881 Circle receptions and other events. You will also be acknowledged in the annual FHS Magazine and Alumni Association publications as a valued member of The 1881 Circle.

Leaving a gift in your will is a remarkable way of supporting the School and will be hugely significant in helping Francis Holland, School Sloane Square to transform its bursary scheme.

Our legacy society is named after the School’s founder, Canon Francis Holland, who was chaplain to Queen Victoria and King Edward VII and a visionary in philanthropy and education.

Should you choose to let us know of your intention to leave a gift in your will, we would be delighted to invite you to join the Canon Francis Holland Legacy Society. Members of the society are invited to special events and, if they wish, are acknowledged on a plaque in the main School building.

Leave a legacy here.

In order to deliver our ambitious new bursary programme, we will be reliant on our ever generous community of former pupils, staff, friends and parents to make regular gifts to the School.

Regular giving will help the School to deliver its plans with confidence. Supporters are invited to contribute a regular amount to the Transformational Bursary Fund, helping the School reach its goal of widening its accessibility and diversity, and transforming the lives of 25 additional pupils by 2032.

All donations, no matter what size, will take us closer to our goal.

Promise your support here.

When alumni, parents and friends come together to support the school, they change lives. Every contribution from our alumni community counts, whether it be your time, your talent or treasure. Your donation will help to ensure talented, deserving girls are able to enjoy a Francis Holland Education.

The effect of us all coming together as a community in support is so powerful. 17 Old Girls donating £100 a month (with gift aid), will pay for a full year bursary, providing a girl with a truly transformational experience.

We would like to encourage all our alumni to give what they feel they can. Every penny makes a difference and provides a girl with a start in life that knows no bounds, but please take a moment to consider The 1881 Circle and Legacy Giving through The Canon Francis Holland Legacy Society.

Please email the Development Office if you would like to discuss your donation or have any questions.

Many companies will match an employees gift to charity. Company funds used for such purposes are tax-effective and can be deducted from your organisation’s corporation tax. Please contact us if you require any additional information to be able to set this scheme up with your employer.

We are always happy to speak to potential corporate partners who are interested in supporting diversity and mobility through sponsorship of our Foundation Scholars programme. Please contact us for further information.
