The Committee comprises the Head of School, Co-Chairs, Secretary, Treasurer, Charity Liaison, Event Co-Ordinator, Rep Co-Ordinator and Class Reps (four per Year Group for Years 7-13).
The class representatives act as the conduit for ensuring relevant information is disseminated to the Senior School parents.
The SSPA Committee meets once per term and an agenda is circulated to the SSPA Committee members in advance of the meeting.
Minutes of the meeting are circulated to SSPA Committee members who in turn distribute the information to all parents in the Senior School.
Class Representatives
Class Reps are parent volunteers who donate their time throughout the school year to support their daughter’s Year Group. An asset to their year, Reps provide invaluable information.
Four parents per year act as co-reps for their Year Group. At least one Year 7 Reps should be a parent with experience of FHS, with older children. All parents are welcome to volunteer via the annual volunteer SSPA Survey. The Rep programme is the backbone of the SSPA and we are so grateful to our brilliant team!
