As part of Expeditions Week, Year 9 are taking a trip to the Jurassic Coast in Dorset, travelling to Poole Harbour on Sunday 27th June. Follow below for updates…

We’ve arrived! Year 9 have settled into their tented village in Dorset and have enjoyed an afternoon of team building activities, including tug-of-war! We’re all looking forward to an evening of building campfires and toasting marshmallows before tomorrow’s coasteering adventure. Lovely to be visited by the Headmistress today.

Today, Year 9 have pushed themselves to their limits, building confidence and grit. They have scaled cliffs, abseiled and explored the beautiful Jurassic Coast from land, sea and ledge!

Katniss Everdeen watch your back! Today on the Jurassic Coast Year 9 have been hitting the target, learning how to use rifles and playing archery tag!

Archery tag kept Year 9 busy this afternoon before the girls settled down to toast marshmallows on the campfire this evening.

The girls are up early for their final day to play a morning game of rounders!

The Year 9 girls have had a fantastic trip on the Dorset coast and are looking forward to relaxing this weekend!
