This week, our Year 7 cohort celebrated a day of pantomime performances in Senior Hall. These are performances that the girls have been working on in lessons, culminating in an enrichment performance of four short pantomimes to present to their peers and parents. During the day, girls developed their skills of exaggeration, comedy, music and dance, teamwork and creativity. We were so impressed on the day with how pupils rose to the challenges presented and worked together collaboratively. All performed brilliantly to an enthusiastic audience of parents. Congratulations to all the performers on your hard work! There was lots of talent on display.

A big thank you to our Actor in Residence, Miss Sarah Parkins, for her hard work organising this opportunity for the girls.

Miss Parkins wishes to say, “I’m extremely proud of all of Year 7 for their commitment to this performance and for the teamwork and kindness they showed to one another on the day. I am very excited to direct the Lower School play this Spring Term. We will announce the show after February Half Term, and auditions will be the week before the Easter holidays! Watch this space.”

We can’t wait!
