Last Friday, we were graced with sunshine for our Year 7 Bonding Day in Battersea Park. Collaboration and a healthy dose of competition were in full force as the girls took part in a carousel of team buildingĀ and problem solving challenges in their Houses. It was a fantastic opportunity for the Year 7s to get to know some more of their peers and make new friends. Of course, there had to be a winning team and the winners wereā€¦ Woolf!

Issy Idriz tells us more:

“The Year 7 Bonding Day is one of the many special memories I am going to keep with me about starting at FHS. Getting outside of the classroom, we could work in teams, have fun and be ourselves. One thing which is strong in FHS is collaboration and teamwork and last Friday was full of it! The day was perfect and sunny, and we had so much fun trying to complete all the challenges in the shortest amount of time. I particularly enjoyed the activity ‘Ski Walk’ as we had to communicate with each other to all stay in sync. The highlight of my day was bonding with the rest of my year group ā€“ I was able to meet and make new friends, which has been a huge help.”
