On Wednesday 15th January, Year 5 travelled to the Imperial War Museum to take part in the Documentary Challenge.

The girls were split in to groups of three and four and had to decide on a story or artefact that they would like to explore further from the WW1 Galleries. Some girls chose to document ‘In the trenches’, badges and medals from the war, clothing from WW1 and propaganda posters. Year 5 had a great time filming their documentaries and exploring the galleries. We were lucky to be able to watch the documentaries and there are definitely some girls who can pursue a career in TV!
