On the afternoon of Friday 29^th May, Year 3 journeyed to the Science Museum to watch Antarctica 3D at the IMAX theatre. With never-before-seen footage, the documentary transported us to the farthest reaches of the majestic land. The girls were mesmerised by the visual effects, and it was a delight watching them react so enthusiastically – some even tried to touch the ice and animals! This was a wonderful experience that not only taught us more about the continent, but also made us really think about the part that we play on this earth.
