On Tuesday 29th November, we performed our A Level Drama devised piece in Carmel Hall. For our coursework, we created a piece of verbatim theatre, in which we acted out interviews that we had recorded on the theme of ‘first experiences’. Many thanks to the students and teachers who we interviewed for our research, and apologies to those who didn’t make the cut! We performed a range of scenes with varying emotions and displayed characters from a multitude of backgrounds, including a teenage criminal and a brutally murdered tortoise! Thank you to Miss Robinson and Miss Hanton for your endless patience and support in lesson and Mr Page for your fantastic technical skill. An additional well done to the Year 11s for performing their duologues before us!
