This week, we were pleased to welcome Reverend Jonathan Aitken to speak to the Sixth Form. We particularly enjoyed his insights on the ingredients for success as a politician, which is not just to raise your ego, but instead having a deep passion for providing service. Many of the Sixth Dormers were particularly impressed when he told us he had dinner with Winston Churchill and there were many avid questions about his job as a prison chaplain. It was so inspiring how Reverend Jonathan had such a wide range of careers, each of which he seemed to have enjoyed. We thank Reverend Jonathan Aitken for inspiring the sixth form to persevere whenever we encounter a crash in life.
