On Wednesday 7th February, our youngest Senior School musicians took to the Senior Hall for our annual Lower School Concert! This was a raucously fun evening of music featuring everything from a Year 9 Steel Pan Band, a Year 8 Samba Band, four vocal ensembles and choirs, a Year 8 String Quartet and two beautiful solo performances from Amaliya (Year 9, violin) and Helena (Year 8, flute). This was a particularly exciting evening for our nearly 100-strong magnificent Lower School Choir, who performed a total of 4 pieces – the most they have ever performed in a Lower School Concert! We are so proud of every girl who performed, and all did so with such confidence, fearlessness and poise. Huge thank you to all who joined us for another fantastic evening of music spearheaded by our incomparable Music Department.
