Miss Isla Verney, Year 3 Teaching Assistant
Hello, my name is Isla and I am beyond thrilled to be starting my new role as a Teaching Assistant at Francis Holland School, Sloane Square! Having just graduated from the University of Bristol with my MSc in Education Policy and International Development, I am super excited to put the skills and knowledge that I have learnt into practice. One thing about Francis Holland that I loved as soon as I first stepped through its doors was its welcoming atmosphere, and the kindness of all the staff and the girls, and I feel incredibly lucky to be a part of the Francis Holland community. I am really looking forward to getting to know all of the girls throughout this year, and doing as much as I can to help make this year as amazing for them as it can be!
Mrs Eliza Krupa, Year 4 Teaching Assistant
I am an enthusiastic and energetic person with broad interests and versatile work experience. A qualified teacher with an eight year career in banking, followed by two years in the health and fitness sector. I am a mum of two with a passion for education who can never sit still, always looking for the opportunities of development and self-improvement. In my free time, I am a huge sports enthusiast, a keen cyclist, a runner and a swimmer, a member of local sports clubs, and recently completed my first triathlon race. I am also an avid reader with a special interest in both science and British literature. I am looking forward to getting back into the classroom and am hoping to inspire others with my optimism, energy and never ceasing curiosity in the world around us.
Mr Julen Cilveti Pérez, Year 5 Teaching Assistant
My name is Julen Cilveti, and I am from Spain. I am passionate about education, learning, creativity, history and travelling and enjoy doing all of these, and have happily come excitingly to the United Kingdom in search of professional development and personal growth after graduating with honours in Primary Education. I was offered the wonderful opportunity to work at Francis Holland Junior School as a Teaching Assistant and, at the same time, as a Spanish teacher, for which I am most grateful. It is my wish that throughout the academic year both the girls and I will learn lots of new and valuable skills while having much fun, letting us grow beautifully within the Junior School’s warm learning community environment.
Miss Millie Gardner, Year 6 Teaching Assistant
Growing up around the world, I have a keen interest in diverse cultures and love getting to know new faces. Following on from completing a Fine Art degree at Falmouth University, I find myself excited for a new chapter in such a fantastic city! Francis Holland Junior School is bursting at the seams with creativity and a real sense of nurturing enthusiasm for learning. I am so thrilled to be a part of this special team, and really look forward to the year ahead.
