Reception stepped back in time this week for their very first History Day. Our theme was Kings and Queens, and the girls arrived in an array of regal costumes. Highlights included spectacular craft crowns as well as a dramatic re-enactment of Henry VIII’s reign.  The girls were fascinated by what they learnt, and we hope that they went home with lots of fun historical facts. The day ended with Mr Russell knighting the girls and presenting much deserved medals and certificates.
