This Thursday afternoon, the Year 12 drama students visited the Katherine Low Settlement to interview some of their community as part of the students’ preparation for their devised theatre performance.

The girls have been working in the style of verbatim theatre practitioner Alecky Blythe, whose style of devising requires the performers to create a script by interviewing members of the public. The girls’ topic is ‘Love’ and the elders from the KLS community gave some poignant, funny and inspiring stories about their experience of love.
