We are delighted that, even more impressively given the added pressure of navigating another turbulent year, our brilliant Upper Sixth have achieved wonderful A Level success, supported unfailingly by our pastoral and academic teams. These girls have epitomised our seven C’s throughout their time at Francis Holland: Confidence, Commitment, Craftsmanship, Communication, Curiosity, Collaboration and Creativity, leaving us in no doubt that they would have distinguished themselves whatever the circumstances. This year destinations include Cambridge, Imperial, UCL and many other leading universities.

Our Extended Project Qualification (EPQ), where girls produce either a 5000 word dissertation or an artefact, results have also been exceptional this year. We saw a gloriously diverse range of projects this year, from literary, legal and cultural critiques to analyses of political and historical figures, with one student even writing, illustrating and publishing her own children’s book! The projects reflect the individual enthusiasms and intellectual creativity of the Class of 2021 and these superb results are truly deserved.

Well done girls – we couldn’t be more proud of you and wish you all the best for the future!
