This week the girls were particularly engaged in Card Club as they linked their work to Remembrance. When I asked them what they were making, they were able to give me lots of facts that they had learnt in assembly that morning. The girls also knew all about the significance of the poppy, proudly showing them attached to the lapels of their coats. Today the whole school joined in the playground for our annual Remembrance Service where we held a two-minute silence to pay tribute to those that had fallen during the war.
