On Tuesday, Year 3 visited the Design Museum in Kensington. They took part in a Sustainable Design Workshop which brought to life the impact of waste. The girls were encouraged to rethink how we design, buy and use things. They evaluated what different objects are made of, why they are designed this way and how essential they are. Using their findings, they were challenged to design alternatives that took into consideration a circular approach to design.
