We are pleased to report that 39% of all grades awarded to this year’s GCSE cohort were grade 9 with 68% graded 9-8.  Huge congratulations to the Year 11 Class of 2024!

This is the first year that grades have returned to 2019 levels following the Covid Pandemic, and this is reflected in the table below.  We are delighted with the success of this Year 11 cohort and look forward to welcoming the girls back into our Sixth Form.  Headline statistics can never convey the innumerable lessons and triumphs along the way, and this year group has shown impressive character, supported and guided by our able and committed teaching staff.

We are looking forward to welcoming back our Year 11s as Sixth Formers for the Autumn Term, who will be the next cohort to benefit from our state-of-the-art Sixth Form Centre, the Old School House, which has been meticulously designed to bridge the gap between school and university.

We’ve already seen the positive impact of this innovative learning environment on our current Sixth Form students, following our Class of 2024 achieving outstanding A Level results last week. We look forward to nurturing this new cohort’s independent and collaborative learning, leadership skills and creativity as they progress to the exciting next stage in their educational journeys in September.

Congratulations again to the GCSE Class of 2024!
