On Thursday 3rd of October, 19 students from Year 7 to 10 competed in the Westminster Cross Country Championship at Regent’s Park under ideal weather conditions. With clear skies and a crisp atmosphere, the runners took full advantage of the great conditions to give their best performances. The Year 7 to 9 and Year 10 race included both boys and girls, which saw students demonstrating admirable effort and determination. The course challenged their endurance, but the students tackled it with enthusiasm and resilience, proudly representing FHS Sloane Square. Today’s results reflected the commitment of our students, with Cecilia (Year 7), Chloe (Year 8) and Sibella (Year 9), placing Top 10 in their race and Hissah (Year 10) placing 3rd in the Year 10 girls. Overall, it was a successful and competitive event, with every runner contributing to a memorable day of Cross Country. Well done to all students involved!
