We were delighted to welcome David Hawkins from The University Guys to FHS last night to talk to parents and students about applying to university in the US. We have a strong record of sending students to study across the pond here, with students this year being admitted to Brown, Dartmouth, and Georgetown, among others. David explained the differences between UK and US universities, elaborated about the concept of ‘fit’ and how the US university application process is individual and specialised.
