On Friday, the Year 11 and 12s travelled up to Condover Hall to take part in the U18 GSA Netball. The weekend was filled with coaching sessions and talks from netballers such as Ugandan international Peace Proscovia and pro coaches Kelly Hopkinson and Alaina Allen. We also had informative talks from a sports psychologist and PEBE, adding further depth to the experience. The girls fully embraced the opportunity to develop their skills, working on defensive and attacking plays while further enhancing their footwork. They also put their progress into practice during match play, winning both games against Queen’s College and Woldingham. The whole weekend was an insightful experience for the girls’ development and teamwork. Good luck to all for the rest of the season!
