Sister Schools went head-to-head with the first cricket match of the season on Wednesday. Both teams played exceptionally well but Sloane Square managed to take a close win with 226 runs to 214. The typical English weather was not on our side, but the game carried on as we hoped. Impressively, the bowlers delivered some amazing balls which were responded with excellent smashes, sending the ball a long distance and making us all run! Overall, the two sides were evenly matched and we were very pleased to get the win.
