Twelve of our Year 11 and 12 students attended their first ever Model United Nations conference at Lady Eleanor Holles School this weekend, accompanied by Mrs Sawyer and Mrs Banks.

Our girls took on the role of ambassadors, representing the Philippines, Libya and India. Along with 200 other delegates they debated resolutions about critical issues such as mandatory immunization, the introduction of a global language and nuclear proliferation.

A special mention should go to Emily Ind (pictured above) – named highly commended delegate for her outstanding contribution to the Political Committee – quite a feat for her first conference!
