This months trip took us to Tate Britain where we investigated some of the permanent collection, followed by tea at the Scandinavian bakery Ole & Steen.
This gave us a great opportunity to chat about Turner and his depiction of light, whether contemporary criticism of his paintings was justified, the work of Henry Moore, and the influence of Netherlandish art, as well as concerns closer to home such as the progress of everyones EPQ investigations!
