The theme of Year 3’s project outcome this year was “Under the Sea”.

The girls loved this topic from the get-go and enthusiastically chose the sea creature that they would like to study; we had a whole host of creatures, many that I have never even heard of including the stone fish and the dumbo octopus. The fact files that the girls put together were so impressive, they used the internet and books to find information about their creature and presented it in such creative ways. We also explored the environmental issue of plastic pollution; we thought about how we can help to save our oceans and seas, as well as writing wonderfully emotive poems titled “Is Plastic Fantastic?”.

The girls should be very proud of their efforts!
