As the end of their time at FHS approaches, we were delighted to invite UVI students with their parents to our Off to University Evening.

Students and their parents heard Head of Sixth Form, Julia Banks speak about noticing certain points or rites of passage in life, and about the nuts and bolts of Results day from Caroline Wilkes, Head of Futures. Allison Havey from the RAP Project (Raising Awareness and Prevention) spoke about how to cope with the transition from sixth form to independent living, and things to watch out for during Fresher’s Week.

With only two weeks left in school before study leave begins, this presentation came at just the right time for our students.
