On Thursday, nutritionist Dr Pippa Gibson from Accent Catering visited the Junior School to teach us all about the importance of ‘eating the rainbow’.

From Reception to Year 6, the girls explored the ways in which having a varied diet full of colourful foods enables our bodies to function well, stay healthy and helps us to learn. Constructing (and devouring) delicious fruit cocktail skewers was a particularly tasty highlight for all! Many thanks to Dr Pippa for teaching us how to make healthy food choices and for encouraging us to try new foods in the dining hall.
