Today the Junior School has been filled with royal celebrations as the girls have made crowns and flags to celebrate Her Majesty, the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.  After making their crowns the girls delighted in joining together for a Jubilee picnic in the playground.  They started by singing the National Anthem and then sat on picnic rugs to enjoy the delicious treats of cupcakes, shortbread and strawberries – all, of course, royal themed! The girls ended their picnic with a few games on the playground and are all now very much looking forward to their own celebrations over the half-term holiday.
