On Wednesday 26th February, the Junior School held their annual Charity & Enterprise Fair.
It was clear to see that we have lots of budding entrepreneurs and business women at FHS, who were all busy promoting their stalls and pitching their products on Wednesday afternoon! The girls exhibited fantastic team work, recognising each other’s strengths and talents and creating a positive working environment. Many sweet treats were on offer along with lots of fairground activities!
The girls could certainly out perform any episode of The Apprentice for harmonious, profitable outcomes. We are still counting the totals of all the stalls, but it is for a great array of charities which is a terrific example of social enterprise, especially with many of these products being recycled, reused and ready to be re-loved. These charities include WWF, 4 Ocean, Syria Relief, War Child, Mary’s Meals, Dogs Trust, Walkabout Foundation and JDRF for diabetes. A big thank you to Miss Collins and Miss Pople for organising such outstanding enterprise!
