We are delighted to celebrate another exceptional year of A Level success at Francis Holland Sloane Square, with results that firmly reinforce our standing among the leading schools in the country. This year’s cohort has achieved the school’s best ever percentage of A* and A grades outside of the Covid-adjusted years, building on last year’s impressive performance and continuing a clear upward trajectory. Such success is a testament to the dedication, resilience, and ambition of our students and reflects the unique blend of academic rigour and exceptional pastoral care that defines our school.
These achievements are shared by the entire school community. They are the result of a close and dynamic partnership between students and their teachers; educators who inspire curiosity, encourage bold thinking and challenge each individual to exceed their own expectations, all while fostering joy and creativity in the classroom. They leave us as girls who have high aspirations, ask questions, work hard and take on every challenge before them.
Our FHS alumnae are progressing to an outstanding range of destinations, including Oxford, LSE, Imperial, UCL, King’s College London, Edinburgh, St Andrews, Durham, Bath, Exeter, Manchester, Bristol, Newcastle and Leeds. Internationally, they will join leading universities such as Bocconi, ETH Zurich, Georgetown, Middlebury, the University of California Santa Barbara, Boston University, New York University and the University of Chicago. Their courses span Medicine, Veterinary Science, Engineering, Law, Politics, International Relations, Economics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Fine Art, Architecture, Drama, Literature, Music, Geography and Natural Sciences, reflecting the ambition, versatility and intellectual curiosity fostered at FHS.
We are so proud of what this cohort has achieved and we wish them every success as they depart on the next chapter after FHS.
