On Monday evening, Year 12 and Year 13 drama students went to see Frantic Assembly’s innovative new production of ‘Metamorphosis’ at the Lyric Theatre.

Frantic Assembly’s unique blend of physical theatre and inventive staging brought Franz Kafka’s classic novella and Berkoff’s play (which is our set text) to life in a way that was both captivating and thought-provoking. The production explored themes of identity, isolation, and the human condition through the lens of Gregor Samsa’s startling transformation into a giant insect. We are looking forward to discussing and reviewing the play in lessons!
